Elliott Bender has been playing and coaching lacrosse for a combined 20+ years. Growing up in California, Elliott played Lacrosse as a 4-year captain of his high school program. Elliott attended and played lacrosse at Fontbonne University, a small NCAA Division 3 school in the Midwest.
After Elliott pursued the game of box lacrosse, playing for the Clarington Green Gaels Junior Lacrosse team in Ontario, Canada, then the Oakville Lacrosse Senior A club and finally the Jacksonville Bullies professional lacrosse league team.
As a Coach, Elliott holds two California State High School Championships, has coached multiple undefeated seasons, and has coached 7 years for the USBOXLA National Team to name a few accomplishments.
In addition to coaching, Elliott has also been Club President for two organizations, a Director of player development and Ceo of a Travel Lacrosse Club.

you can find him with his wife Alissa, daughter Ella Joy and their two hilarious dogs, Ava and Sansa.
Chris Cudmore is the most decorated player in Mars Hill lacrosse history. The Whitby, Ontario, Canada native was a four-year starter for the Lions at long stick midfield. He was the 2009 Deep South Conference Freshman of the Year and was a four-time All Deep South Conference first team performer from 2009 to 2012. On a national scale, he was a three-time NCAA Division II All-America selection and left Mars Hill as the program leader in points by a defender and caused turnovers. Cudmore was also a 2011 Preseason National Player of the Year Nominee according to Inside Lacrosse.
Following his collegiate career, Chris was selected as the 51st overall pick by the Minnesota Swarm in the 2012 National Lacrosse League Draft, and was also signed by the Charlotte Hounds of Major League Lacrosse.
Cudmore continued on to receive his Masters Degree in Human Resources from Tusculum University, while working as the Defensive Coordinator for the varsity lacrosse team. The Pioneers were a first year program in 2014, and Cudmore was able to mentor 4 players to become All Conference selections during his tenure.
After graduation, Cudmore coached the USA - Athletes International to championships in both the 2015 Prague Cup and Berlin Open before settling in as the Defensive Coordinator for the Jr. B Green Gaels in Bowmanville, Ontario.
With the Gaels, Cudmore accumulated a record of 87 wins and 22 losses while leading the defence and coaching players that would go on to play NCAA Division 1 and 2, as well as draft picks in the NLL and MLL.
Chris currently lives in Nashville, TN where he is the Defensive Coordinator for the Ravenwood Raptors, and works as the Director of Strategic Resourcing for a healthcare IT company.
