Free Clinics and Pick Up Games Fall 2022
Bama Elite will be hosting free positional clinics and pick up game opportunities for any interested athletes. These are inclusive events that will provide all athletes a chance to learn from the best and play lacrosse in fun and free format. Our hope is that these clinics give kids and opportunity to learn in the first hour, followed by free play opportunity which will allow players the chance to be creative and play in a relaxed environment.

Clinic 1 - October 3
Theme - Knock The Rust Off
About - The winter season is around the corner. Come sharpen your skills before the season starts with our coaches. We will run through positional drills for the first hour and small sided game play to get athletes moving and prepared for the fall season.

Clinic 2 - October 10
Theme - Dodgers and Defenders
About - During the first hour offensive players will be put through a series of drills aimed at building dodging and shooting skills. Defenders will be put through a series of drills designed to build positional skills in dodging situations. During the second hour players will be divided up into teams and will play pick up style games.
